On Wednesday May 20, boutique hotel in the heart of Fishtown, Hotel Anna & Bel, will host A Morning of Wellness and Nourishment with Sabrina Rudin, founder of Spring Café and passionate advocate for clean, nourishing, plant-based living, in celebration of her debut cookbook, Healthy with a Side of Happy. From 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the new book and enjoy:
- A welcome wellness shot from local shop REAP Wellness inspired by recipes from Sabrina’s new cookbook
- Complimentary ear seeds from Alma Acupuncture
- A guided grounding meditation by In Flow
- A live Q&A session with Sabrina, moderated by Vegan Pastry Chef Fran Costigan
- A meet-and-greet and book signing
