Customer service and making sure that the customer is always happy
What do you love most about your job?
I love making customers happy and allowing customers to just enjoy their pool with no headaches or hassles. My specialty is water chemistry, and customers will never see a green or cloudy pool.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
“I wanted to thank you and your crew for finally getting my pool crystal clear! We battled algae since July, and a few different pool companies didn’t get the job done. Thanks again for the help and the great service.”
