Classes meet throughout two days and help prepare parents-to-be for the process of childbirth from a holistic perspective. Partners learn how to be most supportive, and mothers learn how to embrace the changes their bodies will undergo and prepare a birth plan. The next available class meets Saturday and Sunday, August 17–18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days.
