Water Matters Day brings interactive educational booths and displays, a tree giveaway for Broward residents, Mini BioBlitz, compost giveaway, food trucks, children's activities and more. Our schedule of events features award ceremonies for Broward County's Emerald Awards and Broward County Public Schools' WMD Student Contests, as well as expert mini-talks from UF/IFAS Broward, National Wildlife Federation, Filthy Organics, and BCPS-STEM. We expect over 50 educational exhibits and booths helping residents and visitors learn about water conservation techniques, smart irrigation, nativ...
