Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative Celebrates National Pink Day with Annual Mammogram Screenings
Women's Breast & Heart Initiative (WBHI) — a leader in disease prevention and early detection— joins the iconic Macy’s who is deeply rooted in the South Florida community.
Celebrating National Pink Day, WBHI inspires the community to embrace the power of prevention during Summer Breast Cancer Awareness reminding all women to Get Your Mammogram. Women are encouraged to contact WBHI to schedule their mammograms at no cost by calling 305-825-4081.
Valued host partner Macy’s adds glamour to the day while supporting good health for all by offering a mini makeover and more! All who complete the screening receive a raffle ticket for a Macy’s gift card, Starbucks gift basket, men’s fragrance basket, or women’s fragrance basket.
Baptist Health, Jackson Health System, and Mount Sinai Medical Center will also be on-site providing heart screenings, presenting a more comprehensive preventive care approach. Men are encouraged to join the day for these screenings.
