Valentine's Day at Joliet
Embark on a romantic culinary journey at Joliet, Miami Beach’s beloved seafood bistro. Indulge in a three-course St. Valentine’s Day Menu priced at $190 for two, promising an unforgettable evening.
Guests can begin with appetizers like Seared Yellowfin Tuna with niçoise relish, soft poached egg, and champagne dressing, or the Warm Camembert served with fig honey, frisée, and buttered toast.
For the main course, choose from options such as Lobster Bouillabaisse with mussel, shrimp, saffron tomato broth, and satsuma, a succulent Filet Mignon with au poivre sauce, potato gratin, and heirloom carrot, or the flavorful Rosemary Chicken with sweet n’ sour gastrique, roasted grape, and jasmine rice. A divine Flourless Chocolate dessert featuring chocolate ganache, chocolate strawberries, and mini macaron is sure to impress.
Dinner includes a choice of Pinot Noir, Pinela, or Champagne, creating the perfect ambiance for a Valentine’s Day celebration.
Joliet’s signature a la carte menu will also be available. Valentine’s Day dinner will be available on Wednesday, February 14th from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
