Women’s History Month Chef Collaboration Series at JARANA Aventura with Chef Valerie Chang
Next JARANA welcomes Chef Valerie Chang of Maty’s, the winner of the 2024 James Beard Award for Best Chef South. Chef Valerie is a proud Peruvian chef from the city of Chiclayo, known for her expertise in traditional Peruvian flavors with a contemporary twist. For this special collaboration at JARANA, Chef Valeria will be working alongside JARANA’s Executive Chef Martha Palacios, to develop a unique Peruvian-inspired menu with a twist—combining the rich, authentic flavors of Peru with Martha’s unique take on the cuisine.
