With options including an omelet station; smoke station featuring picanha, chicken, chorizo, grilled veggies, and chimichurri; and a raw bar offering oysters on the half shell, shrimp, tuna tartare and ceviche.
An array of hot entrees will also be available including elevated and unique dishes – like tres leches french toast; seafood paella with pei mussels, little neck clams, shrimp and saffron rice; or tripletail with picatta sauce and crispy capers. Additional offerings include a salad bar and assortment of pastries, cakes, tortes and seasonal berries.
Available from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday (March 31), the brunch buffet is priced at $110 for adults and $60 for children under 12. Reservations can be made on www.opentable.com.
