July 21st 2022 6pm – Join us Thursday evening at Florida Memorial University for our 2nd annual Ignite the Culture Charity Basketball Game benefiting Single Fathers United and the Above .500 Foundation. Stars such as Andre Drummond, Terrell Owens, Tory Lanez, Rob Hill Sr., Ace Hood, Tony Gaskins, Fredo Bang and many more will gather together in the “Positive Spirit of Sports” to raise money for local charity and “Ignite our Culture”.
“The unique element about this event is the pledge we’ve incorporated this year,” says the founder and Executive Director, mononymously known as Brawley. “The pledge will have game participants commit on camera to making an effort to positively impacting our community.”
According to the website, Ignite the Culture is an event designed to raise awareness on the power of music and its influence on our youth. Above .500 is the non-profit organization orchestrating the event. Establish in 2013, the charity’s mission is to encourage the youth to persevere, through transformational stories and emphasize the importance of living a positive life via school Pep Rallies and community events.
