Mermaids & Mimosas Brunch at the Wreck Bar, A Christmas Eve Special
Reimagine the holiday spirit this Christmas Eve with a mermaid-themed Sunday brunch perfect for the whole family. B Ocean Resort’s renowned Wreck Bar is one of the few places in the country to experience live underwater mermaid performances. The signature Mermaids & Mimosas Brunch on Sunday, December 24, will feature a special Christmas Eve brunch menu.
Appetizers
• Endive Salad with radicchio, pear, brie cheese tempura, arugula and passion fruit emulsion
• Naked Crab Best Oysters with East and West Coast Chef’s seasonal selection, mignonette and Meyer lemon
• B Ocean Flapjack with chocolate chips and whipped cream
• Avocado Toast with griddle rustic bread, heirloom tomatoes, poached farm egg golden and Manchego cheese
• New York Breakfast with smoked salmon lox, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, capers and selection of bagels
Main Course
• The “B” Benedictine with poached farm eggs, prosciutto di parma and herb hollandaise
• Steak and Fritters with petite filet, parmesan fritters and bearnaise sauce
• Chicken & Waffle with fried chicken, nueske honey bacon and Vermont maple syrup
• B Ocean Omelet with three egg omelet, gruyere cheese and choice of toppings
• Egg White Frittata with asparagus, spinach, kale and pomodoro coulis
• Smashed Burger & Egg with brioche, chef’s blend burger, sunny side up egg, bacon and cheddar cheese
Dessert
• Brioche and Almond Pudding with rhum raisins and vanilla gelato
• Crème Brulée with infused lemongrass crème and vanilla
• Key Lime Pie with graham cracker, key lime cream and meringue
Brunch has two seatings, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 3 p.m., with a special photo opportunity available between noon – 2:30 p.m.
The price of admission is $70++ per adult or $40++ for kids under 12. Prices include bottomless mimosas (must be 21 or older). ++ pricing is subject to applicable tax & 18% service charge. *All information herein subject to change.
