Prix fixe dinner includes house salad, option of chocolate torte or key lime pie and one of the below:
1. Vegetarian or Vegan Enchiladas- Enchiladas stuffed with yams, red onions, red and green peppers, garlic and spices. Served with a creamy green sauce and cheese on a bed of rice and sauteed greens (vegetarian) or with a green sauce on a bed of rice with a side salad (vegan). Please specify vegetarian or vegan for this option.
2. Fish Veracruz- Rock fish with a tomato sauce including onions, jalapenos, green olives, capers and seasonings. Served on a bed of rice, with arugula and lemon.
3. Pork Chop- 8oz pork chop marinated in spices and herbs, served with a chimichurri sauce. Mashed potatoes and greens on the side.
