Fridays @ The 5th: Into the Woods
Into the Woods surprises and delights its audiences by putting a twist on several well-known fairy tales. Join guest artists Jasmine Joshua (they/them) and Kaelee Bolme (she/her) for a writing workshop about subverting expectations in theater and storytelling! Through discussion, collaboration, and writing exercises, participants will explore how changing various elements of a story, from context to character, affects what you want to say and how the audience perceives it.
All are encouraged and welcome to participate. No prior experience is necessary.
*Registration comes with dinner and a ticket to the corresponding performance
