Join my show as I talk about problems and cracks in the system with public schools, and the way the police is "burnt out." I speak about there only being 980 police to 800,000 people. We need a true steady or even fast turn around rate for our peoples sake especially with crime. Police get on the force not to play politics but to help people. They are afraid to speak out knowing that they have mortgages and car notes. If they lose their jobs, they lose EVERYTHING. The average mortgage in a average neighborhood is 3,745$ that's 44,000 a year for a 30 year fixed mortgage. Now that's not mentioning food and cars if they have children. They need more income PERIOD.
