Tacoma’s 2nd Annual Halloween Parade Creeps Into the Proctor Business District – Saturday, October 18, 2025
Tacoma, WA – September 2025 – Tacoma’s spookiest celebration is back and bigger than ever! The Tacoma Halloween Parade (THP) returns for its second year—haunting the heart of the Proctor Business District on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
After last year’s spectacular debut, this year promises even more festive frights, eerie delights, and community fun. The ghoulish street fair kicks off at 4:00 PM, followed by the parade stepping off at 7:30 PM. The event is free and open to all ages, making it the perfect way to celebrate the season with family, friends, and fellow Halloween lovers.
Spooky Street Fair: 4:00–9:00 PM
The celebration begins in the afternoon with a Halloween-themed street fair along North Proctor Street (26th–28th) and 27th between Proctor & Adams. Attendees can:
Browse and shop with local vendors and take part in interactive activities
Enjoy delicious bites from food trucks
Explore community booths
Catch live performances on the entertainment stage from local artists, musicians, and spooky characters
Whether you’re after pumpkin treats, last-minute costume accessories, or simply some spooky fun—the street fair has something for everyone.

Think you’ve got the creepiest, kookiest, or most creative costume? Show it off at the Creep It Real Costume Contest—open to all ages and creatures! Fabulous prizes await on the Frog Brothers Stage.

As the sun sets, Proctor’s streets will come alive with a glowing procession of ghouls, goblins, witches, and whimsical creatures. Expect dazzling costumes, creative floats, and eerie surprises as the parade winds through the neighborhood.
