Focused on the first three months of life (the “fourth trimester”) when your baby joins your family, this class is designed to not waste a minute of your time. Instructors prepare you for what to expect in newborn appearance, infant behaviors, and their needs (physical and emotional). In class you'll practice holding, changing diapers, dressing, bathing, burping, calming, and comforting your baby.
Whether you are new to parenting or re-entering the world of newborns, this class will also help you with the latest updates in swaddling and baby clothing, as well as practice with your baby carrier and car seat. If you're beginning this journey in a new city or country, Overlake is here to help you every step of the way. This class is great for grandparents, and also includes a textbook!
