Beer Hall Book Fair @ Optimism Brewing Company
Thanks to the Association of Writers & Writing Programs (AWC) convention in town from March 8 through 11, you won’t have to look far for any book events.
Kick things off with the Beerhall Bookfair at Optimism Brewing on March 8. This free event features the work of nine independent publishers. You’ll be able to traipse around Optimism, buy books, listen to readings of poetry and stories, all while sipping a refreshing beer (they also have kombucha on tap for anyone who thinks beer kind of tastes like soap).
Hosted by Papeachu Press, Beerhall Bookfair features the works from Perugia, CavanKerry, Beyond the Veil, Headmistress, MoonPath, Lost Horse, Blue Cactus, and Birch Rosen.
