The Seattle Sauna Festival brings Nordic traditions and Northwest spirit together November 7-8, 2026, at Seattle's National Nordic Museum. From 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day, seasoned sauna enthusiasts and curious newcomers can experience a regional Sauna City featuring wood-fired mobile and portable saunas, cold plunges and outdoor gathering spaces.
Co-produced by event professional Ryan M. Davis and Ana Hernandez of PNW Mobile Spa, the festival offers an approachable introduction to the restorative rituals, craftsmanship and community surrounding sauna culture. PNW Mobile Spa leads the festival's Löyly Partners, joined by North Shore Sauna Tent, Sauna Moon Seattle, Evergreen Sauna, Tempo Sauna, Alma Saunas and Willamette Sauna Haus.
Beyond the heat and cold, guests can enjoy campfires, live entertainment and Nordic-inspired food, baked goods, smoked specialties and craft beverages available for purchase from onsite culinary vendors. The preliminary entertainment lineup includes Norwegian-inspired violinist and Hardanger fiddler Rachel Nesvig and internationally toured guitarist and songwriter Pat Riff, with additional performers and vendors to be announced.
General Admission is $79 and includes a 90-minute timed session with access to Sauna City, cold plunges, entertainment and festival programming. The $189 VIP Experience includes all-day access on Saturday or Sunday, festival merchandise, a Nordic snack box and the guest's choice of beverage. Prices include ticketing fees, surcharges and applicable taxes.
Guests should arrive freshly showered and bring swimwear, a sauna towel, robe, easily removable footwear and a refillable water bottle. Changing areas and small lockers will be available; guests should bring their own lock.
