Dress Rehearsals - Member Benefit
Thank you for joining us for the LOVE & LOSS Dress Rehearsal; we hope that you enjoy this insider’s view of PNB! Dress Rehearsals are an event in which supporters are invited, as our guests, to observe the Company’s final rehearsal before Opening Night.
Also included in your Dress Rehearsal experience are tickets to the pre-rehearsal Conversation. Join us at 5:30 pm in the McCaw Hall Lecture Hall for an in-depth discussion with Artistic Director Peter Boal and LOVE & LOSS choreographers Donald Byrd (Love and Loss) and Dani Rowe (The Window). Please note that there is limited seating available for the Conversation.
Doors to McCaw Hall will open at 5:00 pm, and seating will begin at 6:30 pm. Seating will be in the Dress Circle, First & Second Tiers, and on a first-come, first-served basis. Concessions inside McCaw Hall will not be open before or during the rehearsal.
Please note: Dress rehearsals are working rehearsals, and some aspects of the production may not appear on stage, such as full make-up and costumes. Dancers may not dance full out, but instead simply block out their steps. They may also be asked to repeat sections of the ballet to perfect the performance. This all requires great concentration. So please refrain from talking, turn off all cell phones, and do not take photographs.
