Kitsap Medieval Faire
All are welcomed into the Great Barony of Dragon’s Laire!
Join your Kitsap County local Society of Creative Anachronisms members for a day of historical recreation and a journey through the wonders of the Middle Ages!
Watch the most noble of fighters from all across the Known World as they display their valor on the war field or vie for the favor of the Court in the tournaments. Learn about medieval crafts at our Artisan’s Village where blacksmiths, potters, scribes, and cooks demonstrate their skills. Take part in historical dances, song and merriment as bards and minstrels play their jaunty tunes from day long past! Indulge in the local food vendors or parade Merchants Row where crafts, clothing and treasures are plenty!

We acknowledge that the narrow window available for the Kitsap Medieval Faire often coincides with the time for Juneteenth. Because we are limited in our options in both facilities and scheduling conflicts from our nonprofit, we honor and encourage our participants to observe the holiday, and take the time to learn from BIPOC members of our community, and celebrate in a safe space.
We acknowledge that we are on the traditional land of the Coastal Salish and Suquamish Peoples. We pay our respects and thanks to the Elders both past and present.
Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
