Valentine’s Day Dinner at Water’s Table
Celebrate love this Valentine’s Day with a lakeside dinner at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington. The hotel’s signature waterfront restaurant, Water’s Table, will serve a romantic holiday meal between February 14 and February 16.
The menu will feature fresh seafood selections including a gourmet lobster bisque topped with a brandy crème fraiche, a half dozen local oysters, and diver scallops served with guanciale and beet. Additional specials include a 24oz bone-in ribeye served with potato puree and broccolini, a vegetarian dish of velvet cauliflower and lentils with bergamot and pistachio, and a house-made dessert of a raspberry rose chocolate brownie topped with red berry coulis, white chocolate mousse, and hazelnut praline.
All Valentine’s Day specials at Water’s Table will be served a la carte alongside the restaurant’s ongoing menu of seasonal items ranging from a bouillabaisse with prawns, clams, salmon and rockfish to a Salmon Creek pork chop and premium steak selections.
