Thanksgiving at Water’s Table
Enjoy a refined Thanksgiving dining experience at Water’s Table, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington’s signature waterfront restaurant. Guests can choose from a la carte specials like roasted squash salad, stuffed spaghetti squash, and turkey ballotine, or opt for a family-style prix fixe meal for parties of four or more. The family-style option begins with housemade bread and maître d’ butter, followed by a choice of main courses including turkey ballotine, braised short rib, or stuffed spaghetti squash, accompanied by three traditional sides such as herb stuffing, green bean casserole, candied yams, mac and cheese, autumn succotash, and potato puree. Reservations are highly recommended.
