On April 27 from 4-7 PM at the Gig Harbor Vintage Aero Museum, this highly anticipated event promises an evening of exquisite chowders, delightful entertainment, and impactful fundraising, all in support of the GGHF Curious by Nature School and outdoor early learning education. Indulge your taste buds in a diverse selection of chef-prepared chowders, ranging from classic clam and salmon to inventive corn, vegetarian, and Thai varieties. The culinary journey at the TGG Chowder Social will take you from the West Coast to the East and beyond, showcasing the best flavors that our local chefs have to offer. Beyond the chowders, the event offers a heart and tummy-warming experience. Guests can enjoy a sumptuous salad bar, a tempting grazing table, and participate in the exciting Dessert Dash. The ambiance will be enhanced by live music, creating the perfect backdrop for an evening of community and culinary delights. Prepare for thrilling bidding wars at the live and silent auctions, featuring an array of coveted items generously donated by local businesses and supporters. All proceeds from the auctions contribute directly to the GGHF Curious by Nature School. For over a decade, THE GREEN GIG™ Locally Grown has united the community to support early childhood education. Proceeds from TGG Chowder Social will benefit the GGHF Curious by Nature School, the area's only 100% outdoor education program. Since 2012, the foundation has provided over$400,000 in support, impacting more than 2,000 children in the region.
