After decades of inspiring performances, Dr. Paul-Elliott Cobbs takes the podium one last time as Music Director of the Everett Philharmonic Orchestra.
Join us on Sunday, June 1, at 3:00 PM in the Everett Civic Auditorium for an unforgettable afternoon celebrating his remarkable legacy.
Dr. Cobbs has shaped the Everett Philharmonic into a powerhouse of musical excellence, and this concert is a tribute to his artistry and leadership. The program features:
Fanny Mendelssohn’s Overture in C Major – A brilliant orchestral gem, full of energy and elegance, composed by Felix Mendelssohn’s big sister.
Richard Strauss’s Horn Concerto No. 1 – A heroic concerto featuring the virtuosity of Dr. Jeffrey Snedeker on French horn.
Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 – The legendary masterpiece that embodies fate, struggle, and triumph.
