A Jewel Runners Supper: Run the Jewels Inspired Tasting from Elysian Brewing and Pop Pop

Prepare yourself for an epic culinary adventure. Elysian is teaming up with hip-hop icons Run The Jewels & the crew behind the wildly successful POP POPs, such as Elevensies, I Think You Should Eat, and 36 Courses: a Wu-Tang Themed experience.
This isn't your usual tasting menu. This is a five-course, mind-bending, taste-bud-thrashing extravaganza that's about to flip the script on what a dinner party can be. The event will feature dishes curated by some of the city's best chefs, including Tyler Palgi (Lady Jaye), Denali Foglietti (Art of the Table), Syd Suntha (Kottu), and Demond Thomas (Dirty Bird Woodfire). Each course is designed to be interactive; don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
During the dinner, Trackstar The DJ (of Run the Jewels) will be spinning tracks just feet away, diners will be the first in Seattle to try RTJ’s brand new Juice Runners Palomas Canned Cocktail as well as Elysians Limited Time Only RTJ inspired beer! In between courses, you’ll have time to document the evening in a glitzy photo booth, snag a RTJ flash tattoo, or win prizes by showing off your Run the Jewels knowledge!
