Federal Benefits Open Season November 10 – December 8, 2025 NW WA NARFE has invited representatives from major Federal Employee (FEHB) and Postal Employee (PSHB) Health Benefits programs (BlueCross-BlueShield, Kaiser Permanente, GEHA, APWU, MHBP, Aetna, United Health, etc.) to be there to hand out materials/information about the 2026 Federal Employee and Postal Employee Health Benefit plans. These health fairs are for current Federal employees and Federal retirees living in Whatcom, Skagit. Island, San Juan and Snohomish counties.
