An Evening in Burgundy Wine Dinner
Join us for an unforgettable evening at DeLille En Ville, celebrating the food and wines of Burgundy. The DeLille team has curated a selection of our Burgundy-inspired releases to sip alongside exceptional producers from this world-renowned region. This exclusive dinner showcases the timeless elegance of classic Burgundian varietals; interpreted both through our local lens with Red Willow Chardonnay and Saffron Fields Pinot Noir and through distinguished Premier Cru selections from France.
Throughout the evening, guests will be guided on a journey from the PNW to Burgundy, culminating in a classic Burgundian dessert pairing of Demi-Sec Rosé from Henri Champliau. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu designed to highlight the nuance, structure, and sense of place that define this iconic region and the potential of our own exceptional PNW.
