In Person Author Demo: Claudia Lucero, Instant Pot Cheese and Cooking with Whey
We're excited to welcome Portland-based cheesemaker and author Claudia Lucero to the Book Larder kitchen celebration of her two latest cookbooks, Instant Pot Cheese and Cooking with Whey. Claudia will demonstrate how to make fresh ricotta in your instant pot and use the whey to make turmeric lattes. Enjoy a sample of Claudia's whipped ricotta sandwich cookies and turmeric latte shots at the end of the demo! Claudia will chat about both books and answer your cheesemaking and whey-related questions.
You'll have several options for joining us: Book Included (Instant Pot Cheese or Cooking with Whey), or Author Talk Only. Claudia will sign your books after the talk.
Because Book Larder is a small space and we keep the door closed during author talks, a well-fitted face mask is strongly encouraged to be worn by all event guests. Thank you!
