Join Melissa Miranda, chef/owner of Musang, as she spotlights some of the soul-warming Filipinx food that she grew up eating and now gets to share with the world at her restaurant in Beacon Hill. Mel will walk students through making Chicken Afritada (Roasted Chicken Tomato Stew with Veggies), filling and rolling Lumpia Shanghai (Pork and Shrimp Lumpia), and whipping up the perfect Garlic Fried Rice. This class is perfect for home cooks at any skill level who are excited to learn classic Filipinx comfort dishes that are perfect for any season.
