Holiday Champagne Extravaganza 2024
Join us for our premiere Holiday Champagne Extravaganza, a celebration of the most celebratory wine on earth. Champagne is synonymous with festive and significant occasions, but is a serious wine in its own right and is particularly adept at pairing with food. Champagne is complicated with its styles, classifications, and labeling, but we'll learn about this world-famous sparkler by tasting a curated selection of fine champagnes including non-vintage, blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, rosé, and vintage expressions, accompanied by a small plate of appetizers to experiment pairing with.
This is the first champagne course we’ve ever offered, and we're making it extra special for the holidays. Treat yourself and a friend! We hope to make this an annual tradition, and hope that you can join us for the very first one.
