The experience begins at ALTITUDE Sky Lounge, where guests will enjoy a grazing board and glass of bubbles overlooking Lake Union and the Space Needle. The subsequent 4 courses will be served in Otium Grill & Greens, where each dish is expertly crafted by Executive Chef Gerald Gutierrez. From Scallop Crudo paired with Cymbal Sauv Blanc to a Deconstructed Washington Caramelized Apple Crisp with Poet’s Leap Riesling, guests will enjoy expert pairings for a night of delicious cuisine and elegant wines.
