The clubhouse will be open to the public and will feature a multimedia exhibit showcasing the history of Maine Colony and The Phillippi Crest Community Clubhouse. The building has been the hub of social and cultural activities for the Maine Colony Historic District since the 1920s and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located on the shore of Phillippi Creek, the vintage clubhouse offers an old Florida experience.
