Mort Skirboll Jewish Film Festival Event – The Catskills
The Mort Skirboll Jewish Film Festival is a highlight of the Cultural Arts Program season. Celebrate Jewish culture and join us for three stand-alone films each month, leading up to our 5-day film festival in March, where we will welcome you to The ORA, Sarasota's premier event venue.
"The Catskills" takes audiences to the height of this Jewish vacation hot-spot, recounting the history of this iconic time and place.
Transport yourself back to the beating heart of the Borscht Belt when Jewish vacationers made the Catskills their summer destination and enjoy a nostalgic spread of classic Jewish delicacies preceding the film.
