We’ll begin by sipping ceremonial cacao—an ancient plant medicine known for enhancing clarity, compassion, and emotional openness. As we move into the meditative portion of the ceremony, you’ll hold intuitively selected crystals, allowing their energies to support reflection, insight, and personal messages that arise from within.
From there, we shift into a supportive sharing circle where you’re invited (never required) to reflect on what came through and explore how these messages resonate with your inner journey.
