Join us for an unparalleled evening at Sage Restaurant on January 10th at 6 pm, as we host "Taste of Japan: Sage Rooftop Food & Cocktail Tasting." This exclusive event will feature a meticulously curated five-course tasting menu by our Executive Chef Christopher Covelli, each course thoughtfully paired with innovative cocktails crafted by our Bar Manager Cliseria Padilla-Flores.
Indulge in an authentic exploration of Japanese flavors and craftsmanship with a menu that includes Sea Urchin Crostini Brulee, Okonomiyaki, Bao Buns with Pork Belly & Lobster, Yakisoba Noodles, and Miso Glazed Eggplant. Each dish is complemented by a Shochu-based cocktail, bringing out the intricate flavors of this traditional Japanese spirit.
Our special guest, Christopher Pellegrini, founder of Honkaku Spirits, will be present to share his expertise on Shochu, a spirit celebrated for its rich heritage and artisanal production. Honkaku Spirits, known for its commitment to traditional Japanese spirits, offers an authentic experience, introducing the finest Shochu, Ryukyu Awamori, and koji whiskey.
