'Sip & Shop’ benefiting First Tee Sarasota/Manatee
On Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., First Tee Sarasota/Manatee board members and coaches invite community members to enjoy a "Sip & Shop" event in collaboration with J.McLaughlin, a luxury women's clothing shop on Longboat Key (515 Bay Isles Pkwy). Guests will enjoy sips, bites and luxury fashion; 10% of sales made in person, via telephone or email in this time frame will benefit First Tee, a youth development organization that enables kids to build strength of character through the game of golf. In addition to the refreshments and shopping, patrons can learn more about First Tee's programs for area youth as well as donate gently-used clothing and golf equipment for use by First Tee program participants. To support First Tee Sarasota/Manatee through purchases made remotely on May 2 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., customers are invited to call 941-960-2071 or email [email protected]. If purchases are made prior to the event on May 2, customers should let store personnel know that it is to benefit First Tee and the donation will be processed accordingly.
