Experience a one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day you’ll never forget with an after-hours gallery tour and an expertly curated four-course dinner at the Sarasota Art Museum’s Bistro on Wednesday, February 7. For $100 per person, indulge in flavors that will have you falling in love by Executive Chef Kaitlyn Dangaran like Oyster amuse bouche, with watermelon granita and Calabrian chile; and Lobster Salad with winter chicories, avocado and green goddess. The salad is followed by an entree of Pistachio-Crusted Lamb Chops, with mint pesto, white bean, preserved lemon and blistered carrot. Finish off the meal with a White Chocolate Mousse, with passionfruit and ganache. Add to the festivities and enhance your experience with the additional wine pairings priced at $30 per person.
