ACE – Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Everyday Life
Learn how to utilize different AI tools to increase efficiency and productivity in your work and daily life. From recommending travel itineraries to writing custom excel formulas, the uses of AI in everyday life are seemingly boundless. In this collaborative class, we will explore the rapidly adapting landscape of Artificial Intelligence and how we can make use of it. We will go over the advantages and disadvantages to specific Large Language Models and look at specific “prompts” that consistently produce high-quality results. While many AI tools are free to the general public, students wanting hands-on experience with specific tools should be prepared to purchase those subscriptions. We will focus on Midjourney for image generation, ChatGPT for text, and ElevenLabs for voice cloning. The teacher will have a subscription for each. It is recommended but not required to take the Intro to AI class beforehand. NOT for new computer users. This course is for the "experienced" computer user. NOTE: This class will be taught on a Windows desktop computer.
