Heraclitus said: “Change is the only constant in life.” We know it is true, we know it is coming, we still resist it, and most of the time we just hate it. However, we don't detest all change, just the change that doesn't suit us. How about the change that we want in our lives (exercise, lose weight, eat healthy, be kind, feel fulfilled at work, happy in the relationship)? Now this change we want, and we still can't stick to it. Vicious circle, is it? How can we implement the changes we want and feel prepared for the changes we don’t? Is there a secret? Let’s figure it out. Bring your curious mind, open heart, and a sense of humor. Let’s make CHANGE our friend and keep it closer.
