ACE – Successful Backyard Fruit Growing (incl tastings & plants)
The instructor will provide a complementary fruiting plant and samples of fruit in season. The instructor will review types of fruiting trees, shrubs, and vines that grow in the area, and will also provide instructions for planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and growing requirements for various fruit trees. A PowerPoint presentation will show fruit trees in the instructor's landscape. Students who have taken this class rave about it; Gary's tips and tricks will help you coax fruit out of your own yard!
