ACE – Quilting with Precuts and Scraps Workshop, Advanced Beginners (small class size) NEW!
Are you a quilter who has a growing collection of pre-cut strips, squares, and overflowing scrap piles? Come and join us as we use those precious pieces to design a wall hanging, throw, or baby quilt. You can choose from two FREE patterns. The first uses forty-two 5" squares from scraps or one charm pack, and two yards of a light background. The second choice is a scrappy quilt in flexible sizes that is made with jellyroll or other 2 1/2 inch strips and background fabric. Both of these quilts have been made as gifts and have gotten rave reviews. To begin, we will discuss color placement and finished sizes from two sample quilts. And because we won't have much to cut, there will be plenty of time for sewing the design you’ve selected. The free patterns and pictures of both quilts will be available when you sign up. This will be a small class, so space is limited. For Advanced Beginners only.
