ACE – Latin Dance Club: Bachata 102 (Prereq: Bachata 101) (Registering with partner recommended)
Level 2 is a continuation for students who have completed Bachata - Level 1 or possess a good understanding of the basic patterns of Bachata, variations of simple turns, and the principles of timing and partnering. Emphasis will be on the continuing development of partnering skills, lead and follow, a good understanding of timing, and the ability to execute simple Bachata sequences. New steps and turn patterns will be introduced and linked together to develop new and more challenging combinations to add to an already existing dance repertoire. Timing will constantly be reinforced, which will aid the student in their ability to combine various Bachata patterns with ease.
