ACE - Introduction to Jazz
Introduction to Jazz is a brief overview of the history of jazz from its roots in New Orleans through its scandalous popularity during the so-called “Jazz Age,” of the 1920’s. Jazz became the source of almost all of what is currently termed “popular music,” but continues today as its own genre with many styles deeply rooted in the past.
