ACE – Essentials of Learning to Swim: Overcoming Your Fear of Water (small class size)
If you've tried to learn to swim and come up short, it's not your fault. Learn the essentials of becoming a swimmer that are not found in traditional lessons. Overcoming fear in water is one of them. This course aims squarely at dismantling fear. Breakthroughs can be expected. Strokes are not relevant to overcoming fear and are not included. Students learn by feeling safe at all times. This is accomplished by our original teaching system and your willingness to stay true to yourself.
