ACE – Beginners Android Smartphone & Tablet
Beginner’s introduction to Smartphones and Tablets with the Android operating system. How to organize your Home Screen, take photos, use Gmail for email, connect to Wi-Fi, and other common tasks. Learn about important settings, including the flashlight and setting alarms. Discover how to get useful and fun “Apps” that enhance your life from the Google PlayStore.
Prior experience with your mobile device is helpful, but not required. Bring your android device to class and make sure your battery is fully charged. Please run the initial phone setup and have a Google ID and password set up. (The class is on Android and does not cover iPhone, iPad, Jitterbug, or Kindle)
