ACE – Acrylic Abstract Painting: Scenes of Sarasota (not for true beginner)
Abstract art encompasses a wide range of approaches and techniques. In this class we will paint local Sarasota scenes in different abstract styles. Classes will include demonstrations and discussions based on the abstract art concepts and techniques of each style. Lessons will be taught in steps so that you can learn and practice techniques while building confidence, and students will be encouraged and supported in creating their own composition in the styles discussed. The goal of this class is to loosen up and further develop your own expressive painting skills in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
