Theme: Historical Florida & Nautical Treasures
Calling all collectors, pickers, and watermen! Jiggs Landing is hosting a curated Boardwalk Sale featuring authentic Florida history and nautical gear. We are looking for high-quality items—no junk, just the good stuff.
What we’re looking for:
True Florida Collectibles: Antiques, local history items, and Florida-themed art.
Nautical & Boating: Anchors, dock lines, hardware, and boating equipment.
Fishing Gear: Quality rods, reels, and vintage tackle.
Outdoor Decor: Taxidermy and coastal curiosities.
Watercraft: Kayaks, canoes, and small portable boats.
Event Schedule
Setup: Saturday Morning January 31st. @ 7:00 AM
Sale Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Load Out: All items and tables must be removed by 2:00 PM.
Vendor Requirements & Guidelines
To maintain a professional and historical atmosphere, all participants must adhere to the following:
Pricing: All items must be clearly priced prior to the start of the sale.
Table Setup: Use standard folding tables only (limit 3 per vendor).
Note: Round tables are permitted but must be set up in designated grass areas.
Display: Tables must be covered with a solid color tablecloth. No umbrellas or tent over the table.
Boardwalk Protection: Nothing may be attached to the boardwalk. All displays must be free-standing. Table legs must be covered/capped to prevent scratches or damage to the wood.
Transactions: Vendors must provide their own cash box and display contact info on the table. Credit card transactions are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Large Items: Kayaks, canoes, and portable equipment will be staged in designated areas.

Application Required: All vendors must complete an application at least 10 days prior to the sale date.
Location: On the Boardwalk beginning adjacent to Outpost building continuing to pavillians. Grass areas in front of stage.
Bring Your own Table Spot Rental: $20 (For one 6 foot table), $25 (For one 8ft. Table)
Small pavilion: $30 per table (Under roof)
Large Pavillion: $30 per table (Under Roof)
Advertising included one week before sale on Facebook, East County Observer and Evvent Advertising.
