Free Opera Preview & Dessert Mingle for L’italiana in Algeri

Relax on a crisp Wednesday evening in the cozy Helen Corning Warden Theater as master of his craft, conductor Richard Raub and stage director Dorothy Danner discuss AVA's upcoming opera, L'italiana in Algeri. After the mini-lecture covering the background, the composer and the characters, enjoy the music of Rossini as Resident Artists perform select arias in demonstration of the composer's technique.

After the free opera preview, you are invited for light dessert treats in AVA's Reading Room and the chance to mingle with the cast of L'italiana in Algeri and network with other young professionals.
