Come join us on Friday afternoons from 4:30pm-5:30pm as we start your weekend off right with a hardcore workout! This class is open to all members and prospective members, family and friends. We will utilize our outdoor facility weather permitting. We will also roll the grill out ever now and then to cook up some healthy food after a great workout! This workout will be a high intensity interval workout. Workouts may be individual, partner or team oriented! We'll see you there!
