Whiskey & Fire comes to Pebble Beach as part of the 2026 Heritage Fire x Whiskies of the World Global Tour, a 13-city festival series spanning the United States and Europe. The all-inclusive event combines the live-fire culinary experience of Heritage Fire with the premium spirits showcase of Whiskies of the World.
Set along California’s Monterey Peninsula, guests will enjoy chef-crafted dishes prepared over open flames, premium whiskey tastings, curated wine, beer, cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages. Attendees will also vote for their favorite dish, with the winning chef earning the title of Heritage Hero. Participating chef lineup forthcoming.
