Join Chef Nelson German (Top Chef alum, alaMar + Sobre Mesa) and Chef Adriana Dominguez (Tal Palo) for Una Chercha en Los Altos — a vibrant, one-night-only, Dominican-Mexican supper club experience blending culinary heritage, music, and joy.
This 6-course, reception-style dinner features bold Afro-Caribbean and Mexican flavors, two craft cocktails (or NA options), and a special Mexican sake tasting. In a surprise guest appearance, Chef Gloria Dominguez will serve her legendary tamarind mole — a can’t-miss highlight of the evening.
